About ARB Swap
arb-swap.io is an independent service for exchanging an Arbitrum (ARB) balance into another cryptocurrency. It gives you an order-specific quote, payment instructions and a payout to the compatible destination you choose.

What arb-swap.io Helps You Do
The service focuses on outgoing ARB conversions rather than an ongoing trading account. You choose the result you need next and assess the exchange before making its source payment.
The supported receiving assets are BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, XMR, SOL, BNB, XRP, TRX, LTC, LINK and SUI. ARB payments use Arbitrum One; receiving networks are set by the selected asset, with network choices available for USDT and USDC.
Start from the ARB exchange to choose a direction and obtain its payment terms. This is a crypto-to-crypto service, without a bank or card payment stage.
The Exchange We Provide
A quote identifies the sending amount, rate mode, service commission, payout network cost and net receiving amount. Fixed and floating modes have different rate conditions, which you can review before creating an order.
The service processes the deposit, converts the funds and sends the result to the destination recorded in that order. The payout does not require a mandatory internal trading balance, but the exchange does handle the deposited funds during processing.
A private link provides access to instructions and tracking without a trading-profile login. The exchange process guide explains confirmations, payout stages, payment mismatches and refund conditions.

An Independent Service
arb-swap.io is separate from the Arbitrum Foundation, Arbitrum DAO and the Arbswap DEX. The use of ARB as the sending asset does not make the service an official part of those organisations or their products.
The service handles its own exchange orders and support. Blockchain confirmation and a hosted recipient's internal crediting are separate processes controlled by their respective networks and platforms.
How Order Information Is Protected
HTTPS protects the connection, stored service data is encrypted and support access is restricted. Address and network checks help catch incompatible payment input before order creation.
An ordinary order does not need your name, phone number or email address. Particular transactions can require additional verification; the AML Policy explains that review process, while the Privacy Policy describes information handling.
Where to Find Conditions and Help
For a question about an order, use the support contacts and provide the identifying transaction details. Keep wallet secrets private and retain the order link so you can return to the same exchange.
Read the service disclaimer for market, network and receiving-platform risks. The order's specific quote and payment instructions remain the basis for deciding whether to fund it.
