Disclaimer
This notice explains the market, technical and third-party limits relevant to using arb-swap.io. Read it together with the quote and payment instructions for the particular order you intend to fund.

Quotes and Market Movement
A displayed chart or reference rate describes market data, not an unconditional payout. The order calculation applies to your sending amount, rate mode, service charge and payout network cost.
A fixed quote depends on meeting its amount, network and timing conditions. A floating estimate can change before execution because its rate is determined when conversion begins after the required deposit confirmations.
Cryptocurrency values can move before or after an exchange. The service's articles, charts and conversion information are not investment, tax or legal advice and do not guarantee future value or returns.
Blockchain Execution and Receiving Platforms
The service processes its own exchange stages, while blockchain networks determine transaction inclusion and confirmation. Network congestion, interruptions, additional review and route availability can affect progress.
A quote-calculation target is not a guarantee of completed settlement. Similarly, a processing target for payout broadcast does not include all the time before deposit confirmation or after a transaction reaches a receiving platform.
A payout transaction hash identifies a receiving-side transfer. A hosted wallet or exchange can apply its own confirmation, minimum-deposit or account-crediting rules after that transfer is sent.
The exchange process guide explains the stages and the distinction between source payment, service processing and receiving credit.
Responsibility for Payment Details
You choose the sending asset and receiving destination and must check their networks, addresses and any required tag, memo or comment. A familiar ticker or an identical-looking address does not establish that the destination accepts the asset on that network.
The service validates supported input formats, but format checks cannot prove address ownership or override a recipient's rules. Check the generated payment instructions before transferring funds and retain the private order link.
The order's sending and receiving networks can differ. Choosing a receiving chain does not turn a deposit made through an unsupported source network into a valid payment.
Recovery and Cancellation Limits
Blockchain transfers are generally not reversible through a service cancellation request. Sending the wrong token, using an incorrect address or network, or omitting required receiving details can prevent credit and may cause loss.
Contact support promptly if you identify a mistake, but recovery cannot be guaranteed. Whether any action is possible depends on the payment's actual location, execution state, technical control and the relevant recipient or network.
An unpaid order can be left unpaid. After funding, cancellation is not guaranteed once execution starts; an agreed refund of an unexecuted order is subject to approval, address verification and the applicable network cost.
Independent Service and External Resources
arb-swap.io is an independent ARB-to-crypto exchange, separate from the Arbitrum Foundation, Arbitrum DAO and Arbswap DEX. The source asset's name does not establish endorsement or official affiliation.
External wallets, explorers, platforms and linked websites use their own terms and information practices. A link does not make an external service part of arb-swap.io or extend this service's exchange conditions to that website.
A route can be unavailable even when reference market data is displayed. Do not send funds until an order has provided valid payment instructions for the selected asset and network.
Help and Related Policies
Use the support contacts for an order question and provide the order ID and relevant transaction hash. Do not share wallet secrets or publish the private order link.
The AML Policy explains reviews that can pause execution, and the Privacy Policy covers information handling. This notice does not replace the service's stated order commitments or override rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
