Privacy Policy

This policy explains how arb-swap.io handles information used to create, process and support an exchange. It covers order records, technical data, optional communications and information requested for a transaction review.

Information Used to Process an Exchange

An ordinary order does not require your name, phone number or email address. The service still needs transaction and access information to perform the exchange and let you follow its progress.

Order records include the sending and receiving assets and networks, wallet addresses, amounts, quote mode, charges, status and timing. They also include the order ID, private access identifier and associated blockchain transaction hashes.

Technical access and error records include IP addresses, request times, browser or device metadata and security events. These records support the operation and protection of the service rather than creating a public customer profile.

Optional Notifications and Support Messages

An email address is processed when you choose email notifications or contact the service. Support records include your message and the order details or attachments you choose to provide.

Send only information relevant to the issue, and remove unrelated personal details from screenshots. Do not send recovery phrases, private keys or other wallet secrets.

Information for a Transaction Review

A particular order may require information needed to check the payment or its source. That can include an explanation, evidence of ownership or source of funds, and identity documents relevant to the review.

The compliance contact agrees a protected submission method before sensitive documents are provided. The AML Policy explains when a review can affect the order and its possible outcomes.

Why Information Is Used and Who Can Access It

Information is used to calculate and process orders, detect payments, send payouts, provide tracking and respond to enquiries. It also supports security, investigation of errors or misuse, transaction reviews and the handling of disputes or applicable requirements.

Staff access is limited according to the task being handled. Technical service providers in hosting and storage, email delivery, and security or operational monitoring process the information needed for those functions under the service's instructions.

Personal information is not sold for advertising. Necessary information can be disclosed in response to a verified request from a competent authority where an applicable requirement calls for it.

Blockchain transactions publish the fields required by their respective networks. Receiving wallets, hosted platforms and external sites handle information under their own practices; the service's private order link does not make a public blockchain transaction private.

Retention and Unfinished Cases

The ordinary retention periods depend on the type of record and the event that starts its retention period. Information necessary for an open review, dispute or applicable preservation requirement is retained beyond the ordinary period while that reason continues.

Record categoryOrdinary retention period
Completed exchange order records90 days after order completion
Technical access and error logs14 days after the recorded event
Support correspondence180 days after the last message

Review information is retained as necessary to complete the case and meet applicable record requirements. A deletion request does not automatically remove records needed for an unresolved order, dispute or required preservation.

Once information is no longer needed for the relevant purpose and any applicable retention requirement, it is removed from ordinary service use through the retention process. Records already published on a blockchain are not under the service's deletion control.

Cookies and Optional Features

The default setup uses necessary session and security cookies and stores selected preferences. These functions support access to the service and its settings.

Advertising trackers and optional analytics are disabled by default. Enabling an optional feature that requires consent is subject to that choice before its tracking starts.

You can manage cookies through browser controls. Blocking necessary storage can interfere with the operation of the site or saved settings.

Protection of Order Information

HTTPS protects the connection to the service, and stored service data is encrypted. Access restrictions, protected order identifiers and security logging limit access to the information used for an exchange.

Keep your private order link confidential because it grants access to the order details. These controls reduce risk but do not make it appropriate to publish that link or share wallet secrets.

Privacy Requests and Contact

Email [email protected] to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or discuss other applicable data rights. Describe the request and provide an order ID where relevant, without including unnecessary identity documents in the first message.

The service may need to verify the connection between you and the relevant records before disclosing or changing information. A response explains what action can be taken and any retention reason or applicable limitation affecting the request.

For payment or payout assistance, use the support contacts so the order question reaches the appropriate channel. Updates to this policy describe changes in information handling; review the current version when deciding what information to provide.
