AML Policy

arb-swap.io reviews exchanges according to transaction risk and can request additional information before completing an order. Creating an order without a trading account does not exclude a payment from review.

When an Order May Need Review

A review can follow unusual or inconsistent payment details, information indicating fraud or stolen funds, concerns about the source of funds, or applicable financial restrictions. Screening and review relate to the order and its circumstances rather than an assurance that every deposit can be processed automatically.

The service can pause conversion or payout while the concern is checked. A review does not itself determine that the customer acted unlawfully, but it can affect whether and when the order is completed.

Do not use the service for fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing or evasion of applicable financial restrictions. You must be entitled to use the funds and provide accurate information when asked to clarify a payment.

Information Requested During a Check

A request identifies the information needed to resolve the issue affecting the order. Depending on that issue, it can ask for an explanation of the payment, evidence connecting you to the funds, source-of-funds records or necessary identity documents.

Contact [email protected] with the order ID to verify a review request and agree the protected submission method. Avoid sending identity documents in public messages or attaching them to an unrelated general support enquiry.

Only provide material relevant to the request. The service does not ask for a wallet recovery phrase or private keys, and proof of funds must not involve surrendering control of the wallet.

Paused Orders, Completion and Refunds

An order remains subject to its actual execution state during review. A paused payout is not a completed exchange or an automatic entitlement to a refund before the necessary checks have finished.

When the Review Supports Completion

The exchange can proceed under terms that remain valid or under a new quote agreed with you where terms need to change. A replacement quote is presented for approval rather than silently altering the result.

The time needed for review is separate from normal conversion processing. Support's first-response target does not establish a deadline for completing a verification case.

When More Information Is Needed or Execution Is Declined

The service can request clarification, keep the order paused or decline execution when it cannot satisfactorily resolve the concern. If required information is not provided, completion and an immediate return are not guaranteed.

A refund is assessed according to whether the order remains unexecuted, whether the necessary checks are complete and whether an applicable restriction permits the return. A request to cancel does not override those conditions or reverse a conversion already executed.

For an agreed refund of an unexecuted order, ARB is returned after approval and refund-address verification, less the actual network cost and without a separate service penalty. The target is to broadcast within 24 hours after both approval and address verification; it excludes the preceding review period and the receiving wallet's subsequent confirmation time.

Handling Review Information

Access to review information is restricted to the people and service functions that need it for the case. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information, permitted handling, retention and privacy requests.

Necessary records can remain while an investigation, dispute or applicable preservation requirement continues. Information can be disclosed in response to a verified request from a competent authority where an applicable requirement calls for it; the policy does not promise disclosure-free or untraceable use.

Your Responsibilities and Where to Get Help

Use the correct asset, network and order instructions and answer a review request accurately. Do not submit false documents or attempt to obscure a payment's origin to bypass a check.

For a payment-status question rather than a review submission, use the support contacts and include the order ID and transaction hash. The exchange process guide explains payment mismatches, normal order stages and refund conditions.
