A network name is part of the payment instructions, not a display preference. Copy the address and any required memo or comment from the destination's matching deposit screen; choosing a network in this form does not change which chains your wallet accepts.

What Your USDT Quote Includes
The form calculates your receiving amount for the selected network and rate mode. It identifies the service fee and payout network cost before you make the ARB payment.

Fixed: the service fee is 0.78% of the ARB amount sent. The quoted result is reserved for 11 minutes from order creation, subject to the exact payment amount and specified network.

Floating: the service fee is 0.46% of the ARB amount sent. The execution rate is set after the required deposit confirmations when conversion begins, so the initial USDT estimate can move.
For a fixed order, the deposit must be included on-chain and detected at the order address before expiry. If it is detected in time, subsequent confirmation waiting alone does not invalidate the quote.
The sending wallet's ARB network fee is separate from these costs. Check the live minimum and maximum in ARB after selecting the USDT network, because its payout cost can affect which amounts are available.

Can one order divide my USDT between TRON and Ethereum?
One order records one receiving network and destination. For balances on two chains, create separate orders with their own quotes and payment instructions; do not send one deposit expecting it to be divided automatically.
Do I need a gas-token balance just to receive USDT in my own wallet?
Receiving the payout does not require you to send a transaction from that wallet. Moving the USDT later is a separate action and can require the receiving chain's gas asset or a wallet-specific fee-payment method.
Can I switch the USDT network after creating an order?
Before paying, leave an unsuitable order unpaid and create one for the intended chain. After funding, contact support about that order instead of editing a wallet network setting or assuming the payout will be rerouted.
My wallet shows fewer decimal places than the order. Has USDT gone missing?
A rounded wallet display can hide smaller fractions. Open the transfer details and compare the actual token quantity with the completed order; a rounded balance or its dollar valuation is not enough to establish a shortfall.
